Rate Policy:
- All published rates doesn't include 20% Gratuity
- All Rates subject to 3% Processing Fee
- Parking fees will apply to all rates
- $10 surcharge will apply for any additional stops on route plus wait time
- $15 surcharge will apply for travelers between 12:00 midnight and 5:00am
- $25 surcharge will apply to all fares on Major US Holidays
- Hourly rates begin when the vehicle leaves the garage and ends up its return to garage
Reservation:
- All reservations require 20% non-refundable deposit
- Sedans and SUVs must be done 3-24 hours in advance
- Stretch Limousine and Limo Bus reservation must be done 72 hours in advance
Cancellation and No Show Fees:
- Sedans and SUVs reservations must be cancelled 3 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 3 hours will be charged the full fare
- Stretch Limousines reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full fare
- All No Shows will be charged a full fare
Wait Time:
- For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $10.00 per 5 minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
- A 30 minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight
time arrival time.
- A 60 minute grace period is allowed following the reported international
flight arrival time.
Billing:
- Rides are billed to the customer's credit card.
- We accept the following: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER CARD and CASH.
Terms:
We shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
- Company assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
- Our company does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
- In the event we unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, we may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.
